Every day is a good day to talk about how cannabis prohibition has harmed every single human being in the country, but September 10th will be an especially good day. Congress will be back in session and our friends at NORML will be hosting their annual conference and lobby day, so that means lots of conversation about cannabis on Capitol Hill.
